Additionally, MIB holds a commitment to community; supporting diversity and working to create accountable spaces to explore intersectionality.
Continuing Education and ceus
Neurodivergent affirming practices, 3 CEU’s: A continuing education course introducing the neurodivergent-affirming therapy framework to clinicians. Highlighting common challenges faced by adults with ADHD and Autism, while providing practical, strengths-based interventions tailored to accommodate a spectra of neurodiverse client needs. This course also explores ethical considerations for clinicians in practice.
DEI workplace Trainings
Neurodiversity in the workplace training: Research increasingly demonstrates that neurodiverse teams are more effective and efficient in achieving their goals. However, managing teams composed of individuals with diverse neurological needs can present unique challenges. This training provides both general education and practical management and leadership strategies to help leaders create, support, and sustain thriving neurodiverse teams.
